How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery charge is ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka, your order arrives within 2-3 days. Outside Dhaka, it takes 3-4 days.
Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?
Yes, we deliver to every district in Bangladesh.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Check your watch in front of the delivery man, and pay only after you are satisfied. If you decide not to take it, only the delivery charge is payable.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every watch comes with a 12 month machine warranty.
Can I return or exchange a watch?
You can inspect the watch in front of our delivery man at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, you can return it right there, but the delivery charge (৳60 inside Dhaka, ৳120 outside Dhaka) still applies. Once you accept the delivery, we cannot offer any return or exchange. Please check the photos and details carefully before ordering, and message us on WhatsApp if you have any questions.
